Our weather is growing cooler by the day, and I know autumn will succumb to winter before we know it. While the seasons are mild here, my daughter loves to pretend her dolls experience a much more intense winter! Therefore, at my daughter’s request, I spent the last few days (on and off) constructing a cozy, rustic fireplace for her dolls to enjoy.

American Girl Craft: Make Pet Food And Water Bowls

Halloween Trick- or -Treat Bags For American Girl Dolls

It is officially autumn, and even though we don’t experience much change in southern California, the kids and I are excited about this season! We all love the seasonal foods,(pumpkin pie, anyone?) and the (hopefully) cooler weather, but my daughter’s favorite thing about fall is Halloween!

Making American Girl Hot Lunch Food

School is back in session, so I thought it would be fun to share with you how I made the food for the American Girl Doll Hot Lunch Set. My daughter loves to play school with her dolls, and this set adds to the school-day fun!

Making American Girl Doll Utensils

About this time one year ago, I was a desperate mother frantically scouring eBay to find American Doll sized utensils to use in a Christmas gift for my daughter. I knew I need spoons and forks to coordinate with some of the homemade doll food I was crafting, and I was disappointed to find such a limited and expensive selection available for retail.
