It has been a busy several days in our house. Homeschool is back in swing, and added to the demands of a very energetic 15 month old boy, I have been less able to entertain the craft requests of my daughter.
But, fear not. My little doll enthusiast reminds me often of what she wants.
“Mommy, I know what we can make for Rosie Tree and Alisabelle… Halloween socks.”
So, I pulled out my sewing machine, put the boy down for his nap, and whipped up a couple pairs of doll socks with the supplies I already had on hand.
This craft is fun and easy. Here is what you need to make cute Halloween (or any themed) socks for your dolls:
- One (1) pair of Adult- sized socks,( I found mine at Target, in the Dollar section), (no ankle socks)
- Thread, in a coordinating color to the socks
- Sewing machine
Also, don’t throw out the leftover sock fabric. I will be posting fun projects ideas to use up your scraps, like this cute doll- sized sock monkey!
